We love it! With the tankless water heater, our gas bills dropped to less than $10 a month when we weren't using the other gas appliance- our furnace, because it doesn't spend all that effort to keep the water hot. Instead, the water is heated up only when you turn on the hot water, and it comes on within about 10 seconds, and never runs out, so we can have multiple showers and wash the dishes in a row without running out. This was really helpful at keeping our bills reasonable this winter when gas prices in California sky-rocketed. And now we have replaced that old gas furnace with an electric heat pump (run by our solar panels) our gas bill should stay at that low rate year round. I do believe the money we have saved the last 3 years has more than made up for the higher cost of the tankless system (we had to replace the old system which leaked and flooded a whole room, causing an additional economic burden.) Something that wouldn't have happened with the tankless version. (Does that sound enthusiastic enough (smile.)
It is something called a Noritz, Condensing Tankless Gas Water heater, we got it through ARS/Rescue Rooter (which we generally call for plumbing issues) and so we called when the old heater flooded.
Lovely roses and a productive week for you, a little bit of everything done!
How do you like your waterless water heater? We're thinking of getting one in the future.

What brand did you get? Did you get it from a major company like Home Depot, Lowes, etc.? Thanks for responding....you're great!

Thank you!!! We're looking it up to see if it's in our area.
