Thanks, I looked that up, evidently could be something called sempervivum others jovibarba, I think might the later because its stalk seems more similar to the one in my picture.

We have this same succulent and were gloriously shocked and surprised when it grew over a foot last year and bloomed a stalk flower like this! It’s almost 4 feet tall now and the blooms are fantastic.

I'm listening to Vanishing Vacationers by Hope Callahan and reading Pineapple Cruise, a whodunnit on the Gulf by Amy Vansant. Both are fun and fluff mysteries, but we just finished a 22 day cruise and I wanted to extend the fun. HOWEVER I had to take 2 days off for emergency surgery to remove my appendix!! Know any good medical mysteries? Haha
