I am definitely Not a Gardener..Though I always hoped to be. Our 100 Tulip Bulbs did not produce but 13 or so flowers this year in our side yard garden. Health issues have sidelined me from any on the ground tasks so gardening is not high on my list...though, apparently our work planting all those bulbs were scuttled this year by a Tulip Bulb Predator! Last year the Tulips were, colorful, plentiful and such a sight...not so this year...Some Entity dug u and apparently Ate the bulbs??? Is that really a thing? Anyway...love your photos and some shared by others I know who are prolific and successful Gardeners...My Mom. who died at age 92, could Nurture and Frow almost anything...unfortunately not a Genetic Gift for me...I simply am no good at it! Ah, well, I Do So Appreciate the skills of others and the sharing of Photos of that success! So, Thanks! polly
P.S. I have watched and enjoyed so many House Hunters International with my Husband, Chris...we want to travel everywhere and see all the places these folks have settled...ah, a new place with lots of cafes and great food and entertainment! We look forward to Chris's retirement on our wedding anniversary August 6...Travel, we hope, is in our future!
Definitely not a gardner either. Gave up trying with vegetables when kept being eaten by squirrels, but I do have some amaryllis bulbs I am going to try putting out this year, see what happens. Some narcissi from the past that I did this with actually do come up every year. My husband and I are definitely armchair, not in real life, travelers. But I do hope you have some fun traveling in your future.
I am having some trouble walking and other sundry issues...Diabetic for 60 years ...Summer 1965,...anyway, Want to Travel...We will plan, at the very least...we are also armchair travelers! Have watched most PBS Travel ad History Programs and others...been all around the world! Would just love to see it it person...we may have waited a bit too long...(Two sons...cash for college! My sons are now 45 and 33, respectively! So college was a good while back...someday I will have to give up on that excuse! ) Anyway I love your email newsletter...have to remember they are not just for ME!!!! Thanks for taking the time to respond...
