An ending that makes me want to get the next book in the series, and learn more about Jamie's mom and his dog. I have a friend now who has a bloodhound specifically trained to find lost pets. I've gone with her on occasion and seen "Glory" at work. It's wonderful. I must tell her to get this short story! She's also written a book - The Bloodhound Handler by Landa Coldiron.
