Hope you are feeling better. I never get a reaction to vaccinations except for Tetinus. I've noticed you say "my regular dust & mop" often, do you have a weekly schedule for house cleaning chores? Love to know it. Maybe it will help ME keep up on mine. Haha. Enjoy relaxing today.
Before we had covid, we had a team come in twice a month, for an hour, so they could get basics done while husband, with bad dust allergies, was out waling the dog. I didn't feel comfortable doing that with Covid, so I discovered if I dusted the surfaces, and dust mopped all the hardwood floors every morning, this kept the dust and dog hair down, and generally only took 20 mins (I do while husband is walking the dog.) I don't move any furniture or stuff off tops of things, but it gives me light exercise. Then once a week, usually divided over Friday and Saturday, I do heavier cleaning (meaning I move things, dust the book shelves, etc. then dust and wet mop the den and kitchen floors, and wash all our bedding and the dog's bedding.) This takes about an hour each day (usually do top floor one day, bottom the next). Depending on how tired I am, I will clean the bathrooms and kitchen counters, sinks, etc those days, or on Sunday. Doing the daily light cleaning really keeps clutter from building, and never seems too over whelming, and it means the weekly cleaning isn't that difficult either. If Covid numbers stay down, I might decide to add bringing cleaners in once a month to do a more thorough job on all the floors and bathrooms, but I don't know that I will give up doing the daily and weekly routine because I really think exercise wise it is good for me, and psychologically it satisfied my desire for general cleanliness. With animals the 2 times a month just wasn't very satisfying. I don't know that this would work for everyone, but it seems a routine that I should be able to maintiain as I age.
