Weekly Writing Intentions: December 10, 2022
Daily Diary, Day 830:
My intentions for the week are more of the same.
Well, that was easy!
Today, I did well on the exercise, a 50 min walk, 40 mins doing the thorough cleaning upstairs, 10 min Physical Therapy exercises. I also did laundry, and ordered a few Christmas gifts.
In terms of work, I did some more uploading of updated back matter for the mysteries. I am writing this post, and thinking about what I want my next favorite thing to post about to be for Monday. In addition, I have written 600 words, and I hope to get another 400 done after dinner.
If I can just maintain this level of output, I will be happy. It is still supposed to start to rain tomorrow morning, taper off a bit, and then a second storm is supposed to move in Monday during the day. Promises, promises. We’ve had that kind of forecast before and then been luckly to get a couple of short showers before the storm moves on. However, this might limit my exercise over the next few days. Theoretically, that means more writing time.
Also have a number of phone calls scheduled. They seem to come in waves, but Tuesday and Wednesday are still pretty free.
Since its dinner time, I’m going to close this post out now, with another photo of San Diego weather. This was from my walk this morning, which in preparation for the storm, blew all the usual marine layer away, giving us unusually clear skies. As a result, you can see the mountains (which are usually invisible in the haze) off to the northwest.
