Daily Diary: Day 1129: Well we are definitely having a Santa Ana. Means very clear because the usual marine layer (mist, fog, etc) is being blown out to sea by the winds coming from the east. But it tends to bring on headaches, and dry skin, and almost too bright. I know it also triggers unease on my part because associated with fires. They have dropped the predicted highs down a bit for the next few days. But yesterday it got to 75 degrees around noon, but today it is already that temperature.
Still nice walking weather this morning, but I could have done with one fewer layers of clothing.
I ended up getting 813 words written yesterday, and finished a post I was working on. This morning it's been writing texts and emails, and I have a phone meeting scheduled for 11. But again, that should leave me the afternoon to work on the novel.
Here are some more Halloween decorations. Skeletons and ghosts tend to be my favorites, especially when they are small and sort of humorous!
very cute!
