Daily Diary, Day 749: Yesterday my tooth successfully implanted without a twinge of discomfort, and my tongue only searched for the former gap once. I didn’t even think about it during lunch and dinner so not sure if I am still eating on one side, but I can definitely say it was overall a success.
Optical shop tech made an adjustment to my glasses frames, said given how strong my prescription is, I should give it 2 more weeks. Then if I was still unhappy, they would evaluate and send me back to optometrist to see about whether the problem was the RX, etc. So, I am being patient.
Yesterday I did get in a little exercise with PT and cleaning, and in addition to my phone calls, I also started working on outline of the next part of novel.
I’ve done my walk this morning, already had one phone call, and I have done my daily dust and sweep. After this post I will get back to outlining.
Here is a cute photo of our dog Leeza. Two things about her that are different from the all the other six dogs I’ve had (2 Boston terriers, 2 Irish Wolfhounds, 2 border collie mixes) is that she howls at fire sirens and she gathers her toys together, as in this picture. Do share if you have any fun stories about your current animals.
Our new little boy cat likes to play fetch. HIs favorite toy is a ball of tin foil, which he will bring to me to throw. Our previous gentleman cat would line his toys up on his scratch mat and hunker down behind the row. We called him The General.
