Daily Diary, Day 818: Whew, almost forgot to post, my day was that busy. Up early, did a little editing before I went off for my walk, then cleaning, shower, then an unscheduled short phone call, followed by a scheduled phone call. Then, for the first time in weeks, I did 10 mins of my PT exercises.
Which made it time for lunch, followed by an actual hour and a half of editing and writing, with a grand total of 102 words (better than -33 the day before!) and then another scheduled phone call, followed by dinner.
We then watched episode of Graham Norton, very funny, then dried dishes while husband washed, and I was about to sit down to watch TV for the evening, when I remembered I hadn't had time to post any earlier.
I must say I am ending NaNoWriMo with a bit of a whimper, although I think I've gotten at least gotten 20,000 words written. I will add all them up on Weds, update you all then.
Tomorrow have my eye test in the morning, a bit of a drive, which will mean probably won't have time to take my walk. However, if all goes well, should get a little more written in the afternoon, and Wednesday isn't too filled up yet.
I was surprised with my walks yesterday and today to find that the only real sign of holiday decorations going up were strings of lights. There were a few houses with puddles of plastic that I assume are going to be blow-up decorations. But otherwise, there were just 2 lawn decorations, both deer, one plastic. I confess I don't generally like the plastic blow-up decorations, but the deer was kind of cute!
