Daily Diary, Day 651:
veja du
a will in me says
live one hundred years ago
wander the virgin wilderness
teach simple people in a simple time
see a grizzly bear that has never seen a man
thrill at the magic of a light bulb
build a radio
ride a horse to work
love the daughter of a farmer
go to a one room school
know all there is to know
--Joseph Locke
Another one of those poems by my father that reveals a link between us (love of imagining what it would be like to live in the past) that I'm not sure I would have known without reading.
Here is another pretty bloom from last week's walks.
