Daily Diary, Day 1037: Much better night's sleep, although now my body thinks it should have a nap every day! Someone finally showed up from the landscapers today, and I think we resolved the problem satisfactorily, and some actual work got done for about an hour. Because tomorrow is a holiday, nothing will happen, but we hope the rest of it will get completed on Wednesday.

I got a walk in this morning, and even thought I took a good number of yellow blooms, there was this one pink rose that was so gorgeous I had to use it today.

An unscheduled phone call, then a scheduled phone call took up the rest of the morning. This afternoon I have gotten 100 words written, but this certainly isn't the 500 I was shooting for, and soon I need to get in my second walk for the day.

Another one of those days where it was cloudy and actually a bit chilly this morning when I walked around 8:30, but this afternoon it is currently sunny, although I just looked through the back window and can see a huge bank of fog is rolling in. So, I think I will get this posted and see if I can do the walk before the sun goes away completely! Addendum! I just got back from the second walk and thought I would add a photo of the fog/cloud bank rolling in!
