Daily Diary, Day 670: Another beautiful sunny day, my daughter and grandsons just left to join an old friend of my daughter's at a beach to the north of us. The boys had a grand time boogie boarding yesterday and only got a little sun burned in a few places where the sunscreen washed off.

I got a 50 min walk in this morning. I could have done 60 minutes if it hadn't been so hot. Been listening to podcasts called Alternate Futures which are long interviews with indie science fiction authors. I am scheduled to do an interview for this podcast on July 19 (not when the interview comes out), so I thought it would be good to listen to a few of the other episodes.

A spirited game of Sorry this morning with the boys, and I've had a number of lovely long chats with my daughter.
