Daily Diary, Day 909: I suddenly looked up and realized I'd better get this posted.
Not much to report besides, daily clean, 30 minute walk, ordered groceries, and had an hour scheduled phone call, and edited. I finished editing 2 chapters yesterday, and I am working on the last part of chapter 6 this afternoon. Best of all, I have cut 643 words today so far.)
I have an early morning dental cleaning appointment tomorrow, and maybe a phone call, but otherwise I hope to pick up the editing pace.
On the walk today, the sky was this incredible blue, with large fluffy clouds. And the only other exciting thing of note is that a neighbor, who also had her catalytic convertor stolen, got to show off the new hybrid car she got to replace the very old car she had been driving. Something she had wanted to do, but this theft got her motivated to do. So lemonade out of a lemon. I wonder if anyone is doing a study of the role of cat convertor thefts are playing in moving people into hybrid and EV vehicles (smile.)
Off to see if I can get more edited before dinner.
I love that your goal of writing X number of words per week morphs into excitement over then getting rid of a lot of those words!🤣 ahh, the creative process!
