Daily Diary, Day 729: I had a brisk walk this morning, so the route that usually takes me 60 minutes I completed in 55! This means I'm getting stronger and can walk more energetically. Didn't even mind the heat, although as predicted we are starting into a steep upward curve.

I also had some good plot ideas on the walk, and I just spent the past hour jotting them down. Now to clean while my husband is out walking the dog, then, hopefully on to writing. I did get 1008 words written yesterday, and I also finished a draft for tomorrow's post celebrating completing a second year of the daily diary.

I don't know that I realized how much the plants in this garden made the odd ornament look like a volcano until I saw the photo I took. Whole thing was pretty strange. Definitely different from any other garden on my walk!
